The Tokyo Regional Immigration Services Bureau collects information on the residence consultation reservation form (hereinafter referred to as the "form") to the extent necessary for smooth operation of the services (acceptance of consultation reservation and consultation).
The collected information is handled appropriately within the scope of the purpose of use.
2 Purpose of use
The personal information you provide will only be used for consultation purposes and will not be used for any other purpose.
3 Restriction on Use and Provision
In the event of a request for disclosure pursuant to laws and regulations, unauthorized access, threats, or other unlawful acts, or any other special reason, the collected information shall not be used by the Company itself or provided to a third party for any purpose other than the purpose of use described in 2 above.

Notes and precautions for users of online consultation
１ The personal information obtained from the consultation will be used only for the purpose of the consultation.
We will not use or provide it for any purpose other than this consultation.
２ Since the advice given in the consultation is based on the information obtained in the consultation, it may differ from the application result at the Immigration Services Bureau
３ Online consultation has a possibility of being hacked or information leakage. Please use online consultation after understanding those risks.
４ An application software “LiveOn” is used for online consultation. When you use it, you need to agree to the terms and conditions of use of “LiveOn” separately. You also need to install the application in advance to use online consultation on smartphones or tablets.
５ The communication fees for online consultation will fall on you. Using of unsecured free Wi-Fi is not recommended.
６ Measures are taken to prevent information leakage for online consultation. However, the Immigration Services Agency will not be liable or will not compensate for the damage you may suffer in case of cyber attacks, heavy rain, earthquakes or blackouts.
７ Recording of online consultation is prohibited.
８ Please do not talk anything you do not want anyone know in online consultation. Immigration staff can talk to you by phone if you so wish.
９ Your consultation will be cancelled in case we cannot see you join the consultation even after 10 minutes have passed from the starting time. |
